罗比特·舒斯特（Robert Schuster）
1970生于迈森。他在洪堡大学、柏林学习戏剧，毕业后在柏林布什学院导演系任教。在他认识汤姆·克纳尔（Tom Kuehnel）后，两人共同组建了一个团队，这个团队很快就为剧评界所关注，视其为德国戏剧界最重要的新锐团队之一。马克西姆·高尔基剧院总监邀请他们两人导演布莱希特的戏剧《采取的手段》（Die Massnahme），该剧荣获奥地利马克思·莱因哈特戏剧奖。不久，他们导演的Vedenskij的作品在柏林获得了弗里德里希·卢福特（Friedrich Luft Price）戏剧奖。

Robert Schuster
Born 1970 in Meissen. He studied theater at the Humboldt University, Berlin and then directing at the Busch Academy, Berlin.
There he met Tom Kuehnel and both oft hem formed a team for years to come.They were fast recognized by the critics as one oft he most important newcomers in German theater. The director oft he Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin invited both oft hem to direct a Brecht play „Die Massnahme“, which was awared with the Max reinhard price of Austria. Shortly after they got the Friedrich Luft Price in Berlin directing a play by Vedenskij.
After that he directed plays in Frankfurt, Bremen and Berlin. The directing of Peer Gynt in Frnkfurt got the Otto Kasten Price.From 1999 until 2002 he together with Tom Kuehnel was director oft he TAT, once the theater of Fassbinder, in Frankfurt.In the year 2000 they accepted an invitation by the UN to come to New York and perform fort he United Nations.
2001 Schuster was asked tot he German Academy fort he Performing Arts.Now he is directing at numerous theaters, directing film and operas.At present he is also head of directing department at the famous Busch Academy in Berlin.
